This Wednesday, at our Integral Hair offices in Barcelona, we had the honor of hosting a group of students and teachers from the Hairdressing and Hair Cosmetics Vocational Training Program at Institut Guillem Catà, who came to see our operations and processes firsthand.
During the visit, in addition to sharing theoretical concepts and fundamentals, we conducted tests on several of our products and demonstrated key processes such as quality control, hair selection, washing, and assembling production orders for the factory.
We also dedicated time to analyzing the composition of our hair integration systems, tailored to different types of alopecia, which allowed the students to understand the importance of customization at each stage of the process.
Not only did we share details about our history and work philosophy, but we also gave them the opportunity to interact directly with various phases of our production. Seeing the meticulous selection of natural hair in action and the quality standards we adhere to in each product helped the students better understand how their training translates into practical processes within a company in the industry.
We are deeply grateful to Institut Guillem Catà for choosing us. We hope the experience was as rewarding for them as it was for us, and that it serves as inspiration in their future careers within the hair industry.
